1. Service Description

Priova is an AI-powered email intelligence tool that helps users identify, prioritize, and act on important emails.

2. Accounts and Access

To use Priova:

  • You must create an account
  • You must connect a Gmail account via Google

You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Priova for unlawful or harmful purposes
  • Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt the system
  • Interfere with infrastructure or service availability

4. AI Limitations

Priova relies on automated systems and artificial intelligence.

  • Outputs may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate
  • Priova does not guarantee correctness of classifications or insights
  • You must review all outputs before taking action

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Decisions made based on Priova’s outputs
  • Actions taken from suggested responses or insights

Priova assists decision-making but does not replace user judgment.

6. Data and Privacy

Use of Priova is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Priova:

  • does not store full email content
  • does not use your data for AI training

7. Service Changes

Priova may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

We are not liable for any impact resulting from such changes.

8. Third-Party Dependencies

Priova depends on external services, including Google and AI providers.

We are not responsible for:

  • outages or disruptions from third-party services
  • changes to external APIs or policies

Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.

9. Future Paid Features

Priova may introduce paid plans.

If applicable:

  • pricing will be clearly communicated
  • continued use may require payment

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Priova is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make no warranties regarding:

  • accuracy of outputs
  • availability or reliability of the service
  • fitness for a particular purpose

Use of Priova is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Priova is not liable for:

  • missed emails or actions
  • incorrect classifications or AI outputs
  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for:

  • violation of these Terms
  • misuse of the service
  • behavior that may harm Priova or its users

Termination may occur without prior notice.

You may stop using Priova at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
