This policy applies to the Priova Intelligence corporate website. Layrin and Priova Inbox have separate privacy notices governing their respective product services.
This document describes practices for the informational corporate website only. It is a project draft for operator review and is not a claim of external legal review.
1. Who operates the website
The Priova Intelligence corporate website is operated by Priova Intelligence, an independent software business based in Québec, Canada.
For privacy matters related to this website, contact the person responsible for the protection of personal information at support@priova.io.
2. Scope of the policy
This policy covers personal information processed in connection with browsing or contacting Priova Intelligence through the corporate website at priova.io (including www.priova.io) and related corporate pages such as Privacy and Terms.
It does not govern Layrin (layrin.com) or the Priova Inbox product service. Those products are covered by their own notices when you use them.
3. Information users voluntarily provide
The corporate website does not include a contact form that submits information to our servers.
If you choose to email us using the mailto: link to support@priova.io, you voluntarily provide whatever information you include in that message (for example your email address, name, and the content of your inquiry). That information is received through email, not through a website form submission.
4. Technical information automatically processed
When you visit the website, standard technical information is typically processed by the hosting infrastructure to deliver pages and maintain security. This may include items such as IP address, request timestamps, requested URLs, user-agent / browser information, and similar server or edge request logs.
These logs are created as part of normal web hosting and delivery. We do not operate a separate product analytics suite on the corporate website based on the current application configuration reviewed for this policy.
6. Purposes of processing
We process information related to the corporate website for purposes such as:
- Responding to inquiries you send by email
- Operating, securing, and troubleshooting the website
- Understanding basic technical access patterns through hosting logs where available
- Meeting legal obligations that may apply
7. Service providers
The corporate website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel and related infrastructure providers may process technical request data as needed to host and deliver the site.
Email you send to support@priova.io is handled through the mailbox and email infrastructure associated with that address. This policy does not name a specific consumer email vendor beyond what is confirmed in operational configuration outside this repository.
We do not sell personal information.
8. Transfers or processing outside Québec
Hosting and related infrastructure providers may process technical data in locations outside Québec or Canada, depending on their service regions and routing.
If you email support@priova.io, your message may be processed by email systems that operate in multiple regions. We do not claim a specific storage country for all email content in this policy.
9. Retention
Email correspondence is retained as long as needed to handle your request and for ordinary business or legal record-keeping.
Hosting and security logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s practices and our operational needs. This policy does not claim a fixed automated deletion schedule that is not implemented as a product feature.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to an informational website, including reliance on our hosting provider’s platform security controls.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We do not claim certifications, audits, or guarantees that have not been independently verified for this site.
11. Access, correction, withdrawal, and privacy rights
Depending on applicable law in Québec and Canada, you may have rights regarding personal information, including rights related to access, correction, and withdrawal of consent where consent is the basis for processing.
To make a privacy request about information you provided to Priova Intelligence in connection with this corporate website, contact the person responsible for the protection of personal information using the details below.
12. External product and third-party links
This website may link to Layrin, Priova Inbox, and other external sites. Those sites have their own practices. This policy does not cover them.
13. Changes to the policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the corporate website after an update constitutes notice that the revised policy applies to subsequent visits, to the extent permitted by law.
